The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 1 – 2 Working Days.
  • Shipping time: 8 – 9 Working Days.

For example, if you order a dress, it will take 1-2 business days of processing time and then 8-9 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 9-11 business days if you choose Standard Shipping.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

How long does the delivery take?

What happens when my package arrives if I am not at home?

If the package does not have a recipient, the driver will try a new delivery, send your package to the neighbor’s house, or send your package safely at the local post office or warehouse.
